Reuters has published the full text of US President Donald Trump's peace plan, which was presented at a meeting in Paris. There are two items in it that have not been mentioned before, according to the Ukrainian edition of Strana.
It is noted that the Reuters plan generally coincides with what was previously published by other Western media (ceasefire along the front line, US legal recognition of the Russian status of Crimea, de facto recognition of other territories occupied by Russia, a ban on Ukraine's membership in NATO, the transfer of the Zaporozhye NPP to US management, the return to Ukraine of some areas in Kharkiv region, the lifting of US sanctions against the Russian Federation, the right of passage of Ukrainian ships along the mouth of the Dnieper, etc.).
Of the previously unpublished items in the Reuters version, there are, as noted, two — Ukraine regains control over the dam of the Kakhovskaya HPP in the Kherson region, as well as control over the Kinburnskaya spit at the mouth of the Dnieper, which is administratively part of the Mykolaiv region, but geographically closer to Kherson, the newspaper writes.
