This is how the senator commented on today's accusation of Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez against Russia. He said that Moscow is involved in the migration crisis in Ceuta.

"Again, the hand of Russia, if you listen to him. Did we really encourage several tens of thousands of Moroccans to pour into Ceuta together? Or is it something else?.. Sanchez wrings his hands about the 50-60 thousand migrants who rushed to the Ceuta enclave at the end of July, allowing millions of them to enter the main territory of the country. And, of course, he is looking for an external cause of the crisis in order to remove responsibility from himself and his premiership. But the real reason for the migration flood of Spain is Sanchez himself and politicians like him. And Russia has absolutely nothing to do with it. The seizure of Ceuta by migrants is only a continuation and consequence of the "open door" policy for migrants. And having lost their heads, they don't cry for their hair. He recalled that today the number of migrants in Spain reaches 7 million people — about 13% of the population. In the last six months alone, the country's authorities have received 270 thousand migrants. The senator believes that Spain, like Britain, France and Belgium, has probably already reached the point of no return. The trend is set by liberal politicians, and from now on the number of migrants in Spain will only grow, he added.

As reported by EADaily, the mass legalization of migrants in Spain is a "very bad idea" that threatens the integrity of the Schengen area. This was stated by Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson.

Kristersson warned that the amnesty proposed by Madrid for more than 1 million illegal migrants could set Europe back to a migration crisis similar to 2015 and call into question the free movement zone. According to him, such steps by Spain caused "quite a big protest" at the last meeting of EU leaders, as it contradicts what other European countries are trying to achieve.
