Gazprom puts up sanatoriums and health centers for auction. The company plans to sell seven of them.
Gazprom announced its intention to implement sanatorium-resort facilities in the south of Russia, in Bashkortostan, Novgorod and Smolensk regions.
Thus, it is planned to put up for open auction the sanatorium "Blue Hill" and the wellness center "Sanatorium South" in Sochi, the medical and preventive base "Blue Wave" near the village of Dyurso, the boarding house "Torch" in Kislovodsk, the ASSOC "Sputnik" in Bashkortostan, the recreation center "Blue Torch" in the Novgorod region and sports andhealth complex "Smena" near Smolensk.
According to Gazprom, the property will be sold in separate lots at open auctions on the GPB Electronic Trading Platform.
The company does not give a reason. In total, Gazprom has several dozen sanatorium-resort facilities.
As reported by EADaily, Gazprom said that according to the results of 2024, the IFRS received the second largest revenue in its entire history, and the company's net profit amounted to 1.2 trillion rubles. The main reasons were the growth of gas exports to Europe at higher prices and the depreciation of the ruble.
