Gazprom managed to sell a boarding house in Kislovodsk. They paid 1 billion rubles for it.
"The company "A promleasing" became the winner of the auction for the sale of the Fakel sanatorium owned by the Gazprom structure in Kislovodsk," Vedomosti reports with reference to the protocol on the website of the GPB electronic trading platform.
"The lot includes four buildings with a total area of 4765 square meters. m (37 rooms), as well as two land plots on 0.5 hectares in the historical part of the city. At a starting cost of 882.9 million rubles. the company agreed to pay 1.04 billion rubles for the asset," the publication cites data from the document.
Vedomosti noted that A Promleasing was registered in June of this year and the company belongs to Tsvia Leviev, the daughter of the main owner of AFI Development Lev Leviev.
"This developer is engaged in the construction of residential and commercial real estate. The company's portfolio includes more than 3.6 million sq. m. Among the projects are AFI2B business centers (50,200 sq. m.) and AFI Square (94,515 sq. m.) near Belorussky railway station, Odinburg residential complexes (677,000 sq. m.) in Odintsovo and "Lilac Park" (55,699 sq. m.) near Losiny Island, Plaza SPA sanatorium in Kislovodsk," Vedomosti added.
As EADaily reported in May, Gazprom put up sanatoriums and health centers for auction. The company planned to sell seven of them — sanatorium-resort facilities in the south of Russia, in Bashkortostan, Novgorod and Smolensk regions.
