Ukraine has the right to organize terrorist attacks in the EU at Russian facilities — Polish PM

Ukraine has the right to attack Russian facilities in Europe. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Poland, according to The Sunday Times.

According to the publication, "Tusk said that Ukraine has the right to attack Russian-linked facilities anywhere in Europe." It is noted that this happened after in October a court in Warsaw blocked Germany's request for the extradition of a Ukrainian diver accused of involvement in the undermining of the Nord Stream-1 and Nord Stream—2 gas pipelines.

Recall that the terrorist attacks on the Nord Streams occurred on September 26, 2022. Germany, Denmark and Sweden have not ruled out sabotage. After the investigation, it became known that Ukrainians were involved in the terrorist attacks , some of whom fled to Ukraine with the assistance of the Polish authorities. In 2025, two of them were detained in Italy and Poland. However, neither Rome nor Warsaw extradited them to Germany, and the Polish court and the country's Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said that the commission of terrorist attacks on the Nord Streams was justified due to the ongoing conflict on the Ukraine.
