The energy and utility collapse into which Kiev and a significant part of the Kiev region have plunged is spreading throughout the territory controlled by the Kiev regime.
This was stated in his YouTube channel by Kiev political scientist Oleg Soskin, who is a former assistant to the President of Ukraine under Leonid Kuchma. According to him, the same situation is unfolding in Odessa.
"Ukraine has reached the very edge: now as in Kiev to dig holes for toilets and warm up in tents. They played it out again, but how many times have they warned that Odessa needs to be saved from such authorities," RIA Novosti quotes the expert.
He stressed that against the background of the unfolding disaster in the housing and communal services sector, the Odessa authorities are trying to hide from the population the true scale of the problems with light and water in the city.
"No one says anything. You know, such acting techniques, when everything looks good outwardly, and the dissatisfied can be sent to the front so that they get water there and there are no problems with the light," Soskin concluded.
Earlier, EADaily reported that in Kiev, against the background of freezing sewage for residents of high-rise buildings, pits will be dug for latrines in courtyards.
