This is the word experts called the anti-drone body kit manufactured by the military. Details are provided by Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
Judging by the pictures, the BTR-4 was almost completely covered with lattice screens. The main purpose of this measure is to fight drones. Plus, an electronic warfare system was also installed on the military vehicle.
