Businessman Timur Mindich was worried that due to the signing of a peace agreement with Russia, Kiev would stop funding. This follows from the published new fragments of the "Mindich tapes" — recordings of conversations of a businessman (a person involved in the corruption case), which were published by the media.
"As soon as the peace agreement is signed, we will immediately stop funding," the transcript of the recording says.
Earlier, the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Fedor Venislavsky, called on the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, to dismiss Rustem Umerov from the post of secretary of the NSDC amid the resonance around the "tapes". In them, Mindich, who may be associated with the defense company Fire Point, and Umerov discuss public procurement for the army.
A certain "Masha" is mentioned in the conversation ("Masha gets 20"). Journalists associate this with Maria Berlinskaya (volunteer, Victory Drones project) or Maria Dotsenko (advisor to the investment fund). In other fragments of the recording, candidates for the posts of Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States and Prime Minister are discussed.
