The explosion thundered for the second time in Kharkov against the background of an air alert, the Ukrainian Public television channel reports. Earlier on Friday, the channel had already reported an explosion in the city.
According to the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, an air alarm sounds in the Kharkiv region.
