In Milan, a group of young men tried to rape 30-year-old Polish model Anna Aksamit. She told about the nightmare she had experienced in an interview with the newspaper Corriere della Sera.
On June 5, in the afternoon, a group of young people attacked her on the street in the Port of Roman. They beat the woman and tried to commit sexual violence. She managed to escape thanks to the help of a random passerby.
The model claims that around two o'clock in the afternoon she was walking to the supermarket when she saw a group of young people drinking beer. Feeling threatened, the woman decided to leave, crossing to the opposite side of the street, but the company followed her.
"There were six, seven or even eight of them. They surrounded me, started touching me everywhere. They wanted sex," Anna told reporters.
According to her, the attackers beat her, including in the face. The woman tried to defend herself, but it was useless against a group of men.
The act of an unknown passerby was decisive. When he saw what was happening, he intervened and forced the attackers to retreat.
"If I'm alive now and I can talk about it, it's only thanks to him. He risked himself for a complete stranger," says the model.
The woman returned home after the attack and is in a state of shock. She says she still can't hold back the tears and is having a hard time coping with what happened.
The identity of the savior remained a mystery: in the chaos of events, she could only note that it was a large and strong man.
Anna has not yet filed an official statement, but said that she plans to contact the police in the near future. If her information is confirmed, it may indicate an attempted gang sexual assault and a serious assault in one of the central districts of Milan.
