APU strike on college and dormitory in Starobilsk of the Luhansk People's Republic was planned in advance by the Kiev regime with the full support of its European curators.

This opinion was expressed to the TASS news agency by the chairman of the leading political party of Republika Srpska, the Union of Independent Social Democrats, Milorad Dodik.

According to him, Russia's enemies were counting on the fact that this war crime would provoke a wave of discontent. At the same time, the organizers of the strike knew for sure that they were attacking a civilian object.

"In the case of Starobilsk, the blow was deliberate. They knew that this was an educational facility where students were at that time. And they launched drones at the college, knowing this very well. They hoped to launch a wave of discontent in Russia. This is a completely perverted way of thinking. That is, they killed themselves and tried to shift the blame to someone else," the politician stated.

He also drew attention to the fact that Moscow, when striking at the enemy, is guided by another principle: to minimize civilian casualties.

Earlier, EADaily reported that 16 unmanned aerial vehicles were used to strike Starobilsk, which reached the target. At the time of the impact, there were 89 students in the building, of which 21 people were killed, 45 were injured of varying severity.
