Rescuers found tourists lost on Elbrus

The tourists who disappeared on Elbrus have been found, rescue workers helped them down the mountain. This was announced on Tuesday, August 18, by the head of the group Vasily Rzhanov to Izvestia.

According to him, the participants of the ascent were forced to wait out adverse weather conditions.

"Rescuers helped tourists who were waiting for bad weather to get down," Rzhanov said.

Information about the health status of the rescued and the exact number of band members has not been received at the moment.
