Italian journalist Vincenzo Lorusso, who covered the State Duma elections from the territory of Donbass, shared his impressions of the election campaign. He told RIA Novosti about this.

According to the CEC, according to the results of processing 45.08% of the protocols, "United Russia" is gaining 57.8% of the vote, the Communist Party — 13.81%, the Liberal Democratic Party — 8.88%, "New People" - 7.87% and " Fair Russia" - 5.18%. The remaining parties did not overcome the 5% barrier for passage to the lower house of the Russian parliament.
