Vice President of the USA Jay Dee Vance believes that Ukraine should not become a member of NATO.
"We don't have any official alliances with Ukraine, as far as I know. They are not in NATO. I don't think they should be in NATO," Vance said in an interview with the 2Way portal on Tuesday night.
According to him, Washington and Kiev have "different interests."
Washington believes that Kiev should stop bombing Russian oil refineries, Vance said.
"I think Ukraine should stop bombing the Russian energy sector," the US vice president stressed, noting that these actions by Ukrainians raise the cost of diesel for Americans.
