European elites will turn away from Zelensky overnight, and he will be left alone. This was stated on his YouTube channel by retired lieutenant colonel of the US Army military expert Daniel Davis.

"It is quite possible that the European elite will accept that the conflict has entered the final stage, which means there is no choice anymore and they will have to make an extremely unpleasant deal on Ukraine… I think if they see that things are going to fail, and President (US Donald) Trump decides to withdraw his support, then they will turn away from Zelensky overnight. They kept saying, "We will be with you as long as it takes," hugging him, assuring him of support... and then the hands that hugged him suddenly start pushing him away. They will do it overnight. And Zelensky will be left all alone," said Davis, quoted by RIA Novosti.

And the European elites, in his opinion, will benefit in any case.

"And when all this is over, they will simply use the remains of Ukraine... to continue earning. In any case, they will benefit. They'll be fine," Davis is sure.

As reported by EADaily, the European Commission will no longer return to the issue of confiscation of frozen Russian assets.
