He commented on the recent words of US President Donald Trump that Ukraine "could become Russia some day," so Kiev must guarantee the security of American funds invested in the country.
"You know, any phenomenon occurs with a probability of 50% - either yes or no. I can't say more," Peskov said, answering the question of how Trump's statement was received in the Kremlin.
