The commander of the special forces "Akhmat" Apty Alaudinov believes that in Russia needs to lift restrictions on the use of the death penalty for Ukrainian militants who have committed torture and shot civilians, as well as Vladimir Zelensky.

"The death penalty should be returned within the established norms of the law.
