The escaped commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was caught and accused of killing two civilians near Kiev

The former commander of the 155th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Stanislav Luchanov was informed of suspicion in the case of illegal imprisonment and premeditated murder of two civilians in the Kiev region. This is reported by the Military Law Enforcement Service (VSP) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"According to the agency, suspicions were also announced to all currently identified participants in the crime. The investigation is being conducted by the Internal Security Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine together with the National Police on behalf of the Commander—in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky," the newspaper writes "Время.иа ".

All those involved in the crime have been identified, detentions have been carried out in several regions of Ukraine, evidence has been collected, the VSP said. The investigation is ongoing.

UNIAN, citing Ukrainian media, reports that Luchanov, probably because of a domestic conflict, ordered his subordinates to deal with two brothers from the village of Kalinovka. The military kidnapped them, took them to Poltava region and killed. The bodies of the victims have already been exhumed.

As reported by EADaily, the commander of the 155th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Stanislav Luchanov was put on the wanted list for the unauthorized abandonment of the unit (SOC). This was stated by the operational command "North".

The command announced the beginning of an investigation into the events involving the military personnel of the A5001 unit, noting that it was assisting the investigation.

The commander of the 155th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Stanislav Luchanov resigned and was put on the wanted list after the detention of servicemen of his unit in the case of the abduction of two civilians in the Kiev region, the Ukrainian Internet TV channel Hromadske reported meanwhile, citing sources in the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies.
