The majority of Russians (71%) positively assess the work of Russian President Vladimir Putin, 69% of Russian citizens trust him. However, the number of those who do not trust the head of state has increased. This follows from the results of the next FOM survey.
14% of respondents rated Putin's work negatively, 18% of respondents expressed distrust. According to the FOM, Putin's rating has decreased by 9% over the year, it has been falling since February, and over the past week the rating has fallen by 2%.
According to the survey, 45% of Russians approve of the work of the government of the Russian Federation (a decrease of 3% over the month), 34% are dissatisfied with the work. More than half, 52%, are confident that the head of the Russian government, Mikhail Mishustin, is doing a good job at his post (there were the same number a month ago), 15% disagreed with them.
The main events that Russians were interested in last week were "Gasoline shortage, its rise in price" (20%), "SMO in general, the successes of the Russian army" (18%), "Shelling of various Russian territories" (12%). The drone attack on Moscow and the fire at the refinery in Kapotne was noted by only 2% of respondents.
Respondents were also asked to imagine that elections to the State Duma will be held next Sunday. More than a third (35%) of respondents said they would vote for United Russia, 11% would vote for the Liberal Democratic Party, 9% for the Communist Party, 7% for the New People party, 3% for A Just Russia. In this section, it can be noted that during the year the rating of United Russia fell by 8% and increased by 2% for New People. The number of those who do not want to vote has slightly decreased — up to 12%.
The weekly survey "FOMnibus" was conducted from July 3 to 5 among 1.5 thousand respondents over the age of 18 from 97 settlements in 51 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The survey method is an interview at the respondent's place of residence. The statistical error does not exceed 3.6%.
