The total mobilization resource of Russia is 20 million people, said the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces.

"If we take the prepared mobilization resource of the enemy — those who have undergone military service, military training — it amounts to about 5 million people. And the mobilization resource in total is 20 million. Imagine their potential," said Syrsky.
