The body of a representative of the monitoring mission of the European Union was found in one of the hotels in Yerevan on the evening of May 2.
As reported by News.am the cause of death, presumably, was a heart attack.

Mission The EU was located in Armenia on February 20, 2023 and initially consisted of 100 people. In March 2024, the Armenian Parliament ratified the agreement with the European Union on the status of the EU mission. This agreement grants observers immunity and benefits, including immunity from detention and arrest.
