Iskander OTRK struck the Dnepropetrovsk Pipe Plant today. This is reported by military correspondent Yuri Kotenok.
He posted a video of the impact in his telegram channel.
Judging by the footage, there is nothing left of the posti plant. Workers on special equipment are clearing the rubble.
"There are obvious signs of detonation without taking into account the warhead. Given that the facility was actively involved in the interests of the Ukrainian military—industrial complex, the main issue is not the nature of the destroyed contents, but its specific specifications," the military correspondent writes.
Earlier it was reported that powerful explosions thundered in Dnepropetrovsk. Ukrainian resources reported the arrival of "ballistics".
