Ukraine has stocked up on a sufficient amount of gas, coal and petroleum products, but strikes on power facilities can create problems, he believes. Worst of all, according to Kharchenko, the situation is in large cities, including Kiev and Odessa.
"The only part of the energy system that I care about today is thermal generation in individual cities," the expert emphasized, quoted by the Strana newspaper.
