In the coming winter, a long blackout will become the norm for Ukraine. This was stated to the Ukrainska Pravda newspaper by a representative of one of the energy companies.
"This winter will definitely be scarce. Already today, emergency shutdowns are operating almost all over the country. Most likely, a "4x2" scenario awaits us in winter: four hours without light, two with light," the source said.
According to the forecasts of the publication, the most difficult situation with electricity may be in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv and Odessa regions.
As reported by EADaily, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko on October 14 urged residents of the capital of Ukraine to prepare for a difficult winter.
