The attack of the Ukrainian UAV on one of the buildings of the Grozny-City high—rise complex is nothing more than an attempt to intimidate the civilian population and create the illusion of pressure. This was stated by the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, commenting on the attack on the building, committed on the morning of December 5.
"Those who are unable to succeed on the battlefield are trying to compensate for their own weakness by hitting civilian targets. An attack on a high—rise building is a clear indicator of impotence. For us, the most important thing is that no one was injured. On my own behalf, I promise that the answer from our side will not take long to wait. The enemy will soon receive my personal "gift" for him. Well, we will restore the building quickly," Kadyrov assured.
He also addressed the Ukronazis and their henchmen.
"If you really want to fight, find a place where you can meet us face to face. Do this if you consider yourself warriors or men. Russian fighters come at you every day and put pressure on all the hot sectors of the front. Show yourself on the battlefield," the head of Chechnya urged.
As EADaily reported, due to a UAV attack, an explosion occurred in one of the towers of the Grozny City business center, the shock wave destroyed the facade of several floors.
