Russian lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky commented on the wanted list of Russian singer Philip Kirkorov by the Ukrainian side, pointing out spelling errors in the SBU search card.
In his comments to RIA Novosti, the defender pointed out that these mistakes were made in the name and patronymic of the artist, which from a legal point of view makes his detention impossible.
As it became known earlier, the Ukrainian side put Philip Kirkorov on the wanted list, entering his data into the database. Agranovsky points out that at the same time, the security forces of the Kiev regime showed complete incompetence, because of which their efforts lose their meaning.
"The SBU misspelled the name and patronymic of the Russian singer and there is no photo, which means that formally this is a completely different person. In any country where the law is respected, Kirkorov cannot be detained," the lawyer stressed.
As reported by EADaily, earlier Philip Kirkorov himself commented on the wanted list by the Security Service of Ukraine. According to the performer, the SBU decided to "make noise" using his name.
