According to Malinen, the head of the Kiev regime "is so corrupt that he is even ready to risk a nuclear war for his own salvation." In particular, the attack on Putin's residence was a direct attempt to disrupt the negotiation process and a step towards escalation of the conflict by the Kiev regime.
