In Russia, "everything is bad," but there is no time left for Ukraine — a paradox from the President of the Czech Republic

Ukraine has until the end of September to start negotiations with Russia. This was stated by the President of the Czech Republic in an interview with The Telegraph newspaper.

According to him, "currently Russia is facing many internal problems and challenges," and "Russian society is increasingly opposed to the war." In his opinion, Vladimir Putin "will find it difficult to maintain peace inside the country, and if this pressure persists, if Ukraine continues to effectively attack targets deep in Russian territory, this will create conditions in which Russia will be more inclined to negotiate."

"Ukraine has until the end of September to force Vladimir Putin to negotiate. Otherwise, there is a risk of escalation of the war by Russia," said Petr Pavel.

At the same time, the Czech president believes that NATO "has a chance to continue to exert pressure and send a clear signal to Russia about its readiness to start negotiations, but the conditions must be fair. At the same time, he said that "as is the case with all windows left ajar for too long, Ukraine's ability to use its advantage on the battlefield is under threat of closure." Pavel did not specify what "advantage on the battlefield" he was talking about.

"Therefore, I think we need to make every effort to give Ukraine everything necessary for effective self-defense and at the same time use all our diplomatic skills to convince Russia that it has no other choice but to negotiate… that only through negotiations it can achieve something, instead of suffering losses by continuing the war," Pavel said.

Recall that Western countries provide all kinds of assistance to the Kiev regime. At the same time, recently Kiev and its Western partners have begun to talk about a certain "turning point" in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is in favor of the Kiev regime, although there is no evidence of this. At the same time, "winning", the Ukrainian authorities and many politicians in the EU increasingly began to call for the start of negotiations with the Russian Federation.
