The explosion occurred during the celebration of the New Year in the bar Le Constellation in the Swiss city of Crans-Montana. Police have confirmed the deaths of at least two people. Dozens more visitors were seriously injured, reports Blick.
The incident occurred around 01.30 local time (03.30 Moscow time) in a two-story bar. One or more explosions sounded in the basement, after which a fire broke out.
According to one version, the pyrotechnics used during the concert could have caused the fire.
