In France, the average price of diesel fuel is approaching € 2.2 (more than 205 rubles) per liter, which was the highest value since 1985. This was reported by the newspaper Le Figaro on March 30.
It is noted that in connection with the situation, the government will send € 50 million as emergency financial assistance for April for small and medium-sized enterprises in the road transport sector.
"These are small and medium-sized enterprises that provide food to the French. Fuel accounts for 25% of their budget," said Transport Minister Philippe Tabaro.
