Escaped from Russian film critic for "two crimes" received a prison sentence

Journalist and film critic Anton Dolin was found guilty of two crimes under Part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent). This is reported by the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction in the telegram channel.

"Dolin Anton Vladimirovich was found guilty of committing two crimes under Part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation," the report says.

By the verdict of the justice of the peace of the judicial precinct No. 353 of the Airport district, he was sentenced in absentia to imprisonment for a period of one year with deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to the administration of websites for a period of 2 years.

As EADaily reported, in February of this year, a division of the Federal Tax Service (Federal Tax Service) in Moscow liquidated the Tenes publishing house[1], which was created by journalist Mikhail Zygar[2] and a film critic.
