The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced on May 13 a new Russian tactic of using "Geraniums".

"Russia is using a new attack tactic this afternoon: they are flying along the border of Belarus in large numbers at a distance of 5-10 km one after another," said Sergei Beskrestnov, adviser to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine.

According to the enemy's assessment, our people expect to overload the Ukrainian air defense in this way so that as many targets as possible break into the depths of the country to the west.

It is significant, the telegram channel "Two Majors" emphasizes, that the raid is daytime.

The authors of the channel listed the data of enemy public about the massive raid committed this afternoon:

  • "Lutsk — smoke rises after explosions;
  • Exactly — the light partially disappeared after the attack;
  • in Odessa, a fire was recorded in the yard, cars are burning;
  • Zaporozhye and Kharkov were also under attack;
  • There are already three wounded in the Khmelnitsky region;
  • in Kiev, debris fell in the Obolonsky district. Several drones are now near the capital."

The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, said that the Russian Armed Forces have been launching waves of Geraniums all day, "especially purposefully targeting the regions closest to the borders of NATO countries." At least 800 UAVs have been recorded since morning, and the attack continues.
