Russia has no weapons capable of destroying fortified underground facilities in Kiev during the Soviet era. This was stated by the ex-employee of the SBU military observer Ivan Stupak.
So he commented on the statement of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, that Russia plans to strike at decision-making centers.
These bunkers were built in Soviet times to protect against a possible NATO nuclear attack, he stressed.
"95 meters underground is not just earth, it's concrete, it's various reinforced structures. And the Russians definitely don't have such depth charges that could penetrate this object," Stupak said, quoted by "Время.иа ".
The expert so far perceives such threats as a warning, and not as preparation for a real strike.
"But once again: it all depends on one person. Literally right now he can give an instruction to beat, or he may not give it at all," he said.
As reported by EADaily, the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported on the preparation of the Russian Armed Forces of new missile and drone strikes, in particular on decision-making centers. This was stated by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, in his telegram channel.
