The United States does not take Poland seriously, but do not panic that Americans are leaving the country. This was stated on RMF24 radio by a security expert from University of Rzeszow Professor Maciej Milczanowski.

So he commented on the cancellation of rotation in Poland has more than 4 thousand US troops, which became known the other day. This news has caused a wave of uncertainty and questions about the future of security in the region. According to Reuters and CNN, the move could be part of a broader process of reducing the number of American troops in Europe.

"In fact, no one knows what is happening today," the expert said.

In his opinion, the absence of comments from the Pentagon may indicate not secrecy, but the chaos of decision-making in Washington. Now there is no consistent international policy in the United States, and the military, according to the professor, prefer to remain silent, because they do not know whether the statements will be undermined by a political decision in the near future.

According to reports, the Polish authorities learned about possible changes not directly from Washington, but from the media, which raises questions. It is noted that Poland did not expect this.

"We are not taken seriously if we learn such serious information in this way," the publication says.

Milchanovsky believes that despite the upheavals caused by the political decisions of US President Donald Trump, military relations between the countries remain good and stable. He advises to remain calm. "There is no need to panic that the Americans are leaving us," the professor said.

Instead, Poland should strengthen its own strength and military potential, cooperate with the European Union and maintain good relations with the United States, regardless of the actions of the current administration, he believes.

"We have to show that we take our security seriously ourselves," Milchanovsky stressed.

Poland's economic potential allows it to develop its own defense capabilities, he added.
