"Zelensky does not go to Belarus only because he does not have a real opportunity for this today. But this does not mean abandoning aggression at all. Provocations are already taking place and will continue: information attacks, threats, drones, attempts at destabilization and possible deployment of sabotage groups on the territory of the republic… Minsk has been and remains the only platform where a real peaceful dialogue on the war in Ukraine is still possible.
