Power engineers sued singer Alla Pugacheva because of unpaid bills for light in an empty apartment on the Arbat. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.

Debts accumulated from October 2023 to January 2026 and currently amount to 8,7 thousand rubles.

"We are talking about 300-meter apartments in the elite residential complex Filippovsky. In the spring, a five-room apartment with two parking spaces was put up for sale for $ 5 million — about 391 million rubles,"the publication says.

This is a low price, since similar objects are sold for almost half a billion. Screenings of the apartment to potential buyers are held behind closed doors, realtors believe that it will not be easy to sell the object.

As reported by EADaily, also since the departure of the singer from In Russia, the Pugacheva family is trying to sell a luxurious estate in the village of Malye Berezhki on the banks of the Istra reservoir. Originally put up for sale for 225 million rubles, it is now being sold for 99-115 million rubles.
