The elite dacha of singer Alla Pugacheva, which the Prima Donna's family has been trying to sell almost from the first day of the departure of the "head of the clan" from Russia, has fallen in price again.
The estate originally put up for sale for 225 million rubles in the village of Malye Berezhki on the shore of the Istra reservoir is now offered on various real estate portals at a price from 99.5 to 115.8 million rubles.
The house is filled with all possible equipment for entertainment and comfortable pastime and is even equipped with an elevator. On the plot there is a summer house, a house for staff and security, sports and children's playgrounds, a barbecue area and a garage for three cars.
Recall, the key advantage of the estate is a separate access to the river, its own pier, 80-meter coastline.
As reported by EADaily, the price of the Pugacheva family's summer residence has been changing bizarrely in recent years. Initially, the price was an exorbitant 225 million rubles, while nearby houses were sold much cheaper.
The house hung in sales for a while, then the ad was removed. In the spring of 2024, the mansion was again sold for 132.5 million rubles, then the price was raised to 136 million rubles, since the beginning of summer 2024, the house was offered to buyers for 152 million rubles.
In May last year, a mansion with a pier was offered to buyers for 130 million rubles.
