Near Paris, 11 people were detained for gang rape. This is reported by RNF24 with reference to the French media and the prosecutor's office.

"On Wednesday, up to eleven people were detained in the Val-de-Marne department. All of them are suspected of participating in the gang rape of a minor, as well as in the filming and distribution of child pornography, " the note says.

The arrests took place on the eve of the morning in the towns of Creteuil and Boney-sur-Marne, located southeast of Paris in the Ile-de-France region. All 11 suspects have been taken into custody. The prosecutor's office has not yet disclosed the details of the investigation, but it is known that the case concerns the events of late 2023 and early 2024.

According to the newspaper Le Parisien, the detainees were born from 2006 to 2009.

AFP, citing police sources, reports that the victim is less than 15 years old. The investigation claims that the girl was raped systematically, and the criminals recorded what was happening on video and posted online.
