The Russian Defense Ministry and the special services have been instructed by Russian President Vladimir Putin to analyze the involvement of "every instigator to the continuation of the war in Ukraine." This was announced today, July 6, by the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.

In addition, Peskov said that after the NATO summit in Another telephone conversation between the presidents of Russia and the United States is planned for Ankara, which will open on July 7.

According to Peskov, contacts will continue, and Donald Trump "is open to listening to the information that the Russian president brings to him."

Peskov also said that "Trump's position on Ukraine is consistent, all the fabrications that he is changing his point of view like a weather vane are not true," and the telephone conversation between Putin and Trump last week was a good opportunity to convey to Washington the Russian position in the first person, Peskov said.

"There was a good opportunity, as they say, at the highest level to convey our position to the US president in the first person," the Kremlin representative assessed the conversation.
