Polina Lurie decided to sell a five-room apartment that used to belong to the singer, People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.
It is alleged that Lurie never moved into a five-room apartment with an area of 236 square meters in Khamovniki. A design project was commissioned for her, the repair was supposed to start by the summer, but the work never started.
"Now the hostess has decided to quietly merge the housing — without unnecessary publicity, because she is afraid to catch a wave of haight. At the same time, the interior of the Valley is still preserved: furniture, interior, antiques, all the repairs that the artist did for herself, and even parquet flooring with the singer's initials, " the publication says.
Now there is allegedly a discussion of a deal to buy an apartment for 200 million rubles.
As EADaily reported, the singer sold the apartment in the summer of 2024 for 112 million rubles under pressure from scammers. Later, the singer was returned luxury real estate by court order, leaving the buyer Polina Lurie without an apartment and without money.
Lurie has repeatedly challenged the decision of the courts for more than a year, eventually reached the collegium of the Supreme Court of Russia, which decided to secure ownership of the apartment Valley for the buyer.
The case received a huge public response and had a serious impact on the real estate market in Russia in the form of a "Valley effect".
