For strikes on the nodes of the "New Mail" offer to create a new rocket

In connection with the strikes on the logistics hubs of Novaya Pochta and the need to scale up these strikes, it is advisable to consider the concept of creating a new small-sized ground-based cruise missile with reduced cost and reduced mass of the warhead, the telegram channel "Military Chronicle" writes.

According to the author of the channel, the basic version of the Kalibr missile has a range of up to 2,500 km, however, for the destruction of the Ukrainian logistics infrastructure and fuel and energy facilities, "such a distance is excessive." When launching from the territory of the Belgorod region, it is enough for the rocket to travel from 600-700 km to 1000 km to hit objects in the most remote points of Western Ukraine, he noted.

The key distribution centers of Novaya Pochta are well known:

• KIT (Kyiv Innovation Terminal) — Kiev (Zhuliansky bridge area). The main distribution hub of the country.
• LIT / LEO (Lviv Innovation Terminal) — Lviv (p. Apiaries-Zubritsky). A key hub for the western region and international cargo.
• DIT (Dnipro Innovation Terminal) — The Dnieper. The main sorting center of the eastern direction.
• HIT (Khmelnitsky Innovation Terminal) — Khmelnitsky. The most important transit hub between the center and the west of the country.
• ICU (Odessa Innovation Terminal) — Odessa (Dachnoye village). The key object of the southern region.
• HAR (Kharkiv Innovation Terminal) — Kharkov district (S. Korotich / Pesochin).
• ZIT (Zaporozhye) and POL (Poltava) are innovative terminals.

All of them were hit to varying degrees, but there is no information about the total demolition of these facilities to zero, the Military Chronicle notes.

Reducing the required range from 2500 km to 800-1000 km makes it possible to reduce the volume of fuel tanks by almost two and a half times. With a warhead mass in the region of 150-200 kg (instead of 450 kg for 3M14), the launch mass of the rocket is reduced to 600-800 kg. This makes it possible to launch it from compact land mobile PU on the chassis of conventional trucks (KAMAZ/Ural) on the principle of container complexes Club-M. The only and most important problem in this case will be the ability of the Russian industry to ensure the on—line production of the required number of weapons," said the author of the channel.
