A 30-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation was detained in Moscow, who intended to commit a terrorist attack on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services. She tried to put an IED under the car of a security officer. This was announced today, July 24, by the FSB Central Control Center.

I agreed to help him, after which he promised me and my children permanent residence in one of the European countries," the detainee, speaking with a slight accent, says in the video. — I went through Turkey to Moldova in transit to Ukraine. I was given a briefing there, after which I returned to Russia, took the cache in Samara, where the explosive device was lying, after which I went to Moscow. There it was necessary to lay explosives under the car of an employee of the security authority. As soon as I planted an explosive device under the car, I was immediately detained by FSB officers."
The investigative service of the FSB in Moscow and the Moscow region opened a criminal case under part 3 of Article 30, part 3 of Article 205 (attempted terrorist act) and part 3 of Article 222.1 (illegal trafficking of explosive devices) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The detainee was placed in custody. The issue of qualification of her actions is also being resolved under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (high treason), which provides for up to 20 years of imprisonment. Measures are being taken to establish all the circumstances of the crime and to search for its organizers.
The FSB again drew attention to the fact that all persons assisting the enemy will be identified and punished.
