The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Mariana Bezuglaya ridiculed the ambassador in London Valery Zaluzhny for trying to speak English at the British Royal Institute of International Relations.
The people's Deputy published in her telegram channel a video clip of the speech of the ex-commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, accompanied by a brief snide comment.
"Who's on duty today? I'm on duty today. London is the capital of Great Britain. Finished working on the report. Search! Thin!" wrote Bezuglaya.
Recall that she recently moved from the parliamentary commission on national security to a similar one on international relations and with good reason can scold the novice diplomat Zaluzhny. Bezuglaya, by the way, recently stressed that she speaks English well.
As reported by EADaily, the ex-commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and now the Ambassador of Ukraine in London, Zaluzhny, asked to provide an interpreter after a failed attempt to speak from the podium in English. This was reported by the telegram channel "Politnavigator".
It was noted that Zaluzhny misrepresented Shakespeare and ridiculed Western diplomats, speaking at the British Royal Institute of International Relations.
