Chemezov is sure that the rhetoric and actions of some Western companies have permanently closed their way to the Russian market.
"In my opinion, a business based on trust, as it was before, with Western companies is impossible. Any questions about returning to Russia should be viewed from several points of view," he said.
The first thing Chemezov mentioned was the behavior of partners, many of whom supplied products to Russia's direct enemy. The second is whether the return of such companies will be useful to the country. And the third is whether the resulting costs will be compensated.
Chemezov cited AvtoVAZ as an excellent example, for the support of which the state sent money. And what did Renault do?
"Please let the French apply if they are ready to behave normally, and we will think about it," concluded the head of Rostec.
