The day before, during a speech at the International Economic Forum in Davos, the head of the Kiev regime accused European partners of talking a lot but not taking any steps, the publication says.
"The peace agreement is closer than ever," von der Leyen countered Zelensky's attack.
She also recalled that Kiev has received 193 billion euros in aid over the past four years, and another 90 billion euros are planned to be transferred in the next two years.
"I think actions speak louder from our side than words," the head of the EC emphasized.
