Current events in international politics are the "ideal plan" of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was stated by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
According to the head of the Polish government, Vladimir Putin "should be glad of the latest world events."
"The threat of the collapse of NATO, the easing of sanctions against Russia, a powerful energy crisis in Europe, the suspension of aid to Ukraine and the blocking of a loan for Kiev by Orban (Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban - EADaily) — all this looks like Vladimir Putin's perfect plan," Tusk wrote on his social networks.
Earlier, Donald Trump said that he was seriously considering the possibility of US withdrawal from NATO. He also called the alliance a "paper tiger" and made it clear that he was unhappy with the allies' refusal to support American actions in the war with Iran. At the same time, the US president threatened to stop supplying weapons to Ukraine in order to force European allies to join the actions to open the Strait of Hormuz.
