Russia has prepared its own proposals for the US plan to resolve the conflict on Ukraine. This was stated by the director of the Second Department of the CIS countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexei Polishchuk.
According to him, Russian experts have prepared constructive additions to the 27-point document and will present them at the next meeting. The details of the proposals are not disclosed. At the same time, Polishchuk called the past rounds of negotiations in January and February of this year in Abu Dhabi and Geneva "productive."
Recall, Russia is conducting a special military operation on Ukraine since February 2022. In the fall of 2025, the United States proposed its 27-point conflict resolution plan. It provided for the limitation of the number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the refusal to deploy Western troops on Ukraine, recognition for Russia has the right to Crimea and Donbass, as well as Ukraine's accession to the EU. At the same time, Kiev insists on excluding a number of territorial points and proposed a 20-point plan.
