Zakharova is outraged that the ICC "spreads its decisions everywhere"

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is one of the tools for implementing Western neo-colonialism, but for some reason this "structure considers it necessary to disseminate its decisions everywhere." This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, speaking at the International Security Forum.

"[The International Criminal Court] is really, in the context of modern neo-colonialism practices, one of the tools for its implementation. After all, this structure is not a universal organization, it is not part of the United Nations system. This is a quasi—association, an entity that appeared on the basis of an agreement between a limited number of states," she said at the conference "Countering neo-colonialism as a priority area for ensuring the security of the countries of the world majority."

The diplomat pointed out that China, India, the USA, Russia, most of the countries of Asia and the Arab East do not participate in it.

"That is, in terms of population, most of the inhabitants of the Earth are outside the jurisdiction of the ICC. At the same time, for some reason, this structure considers it necessary to disseminate its decisions everywhere," she said, quoted by TASS.
