There are five hours left before the detention of the man who staged the explosion in Monaco to commit the murder of Ukrainian businessman Vadim Ermolaev, Ukrainian blogger Anatoly Shariy has calculated.
"The French and the Monaco authorities believe that the main version is a terrorist attack by the SBU! So, approximately nineteen hours have passed since Ermolaev was blown up in Monaco. According to my calculations, to catch the killer somewhere near the Ukrainian border, and most likely, I think it will be Romania, there are still five to six hours. I repeat, I think they would not take the risk, and therefore the car has diplomatic immunity. A discreet car with diplomatic immunity, which was not driving on the main roads. This is my opinion," Shariy wrote in the telegram channel on the evening of June 30.
He emphasizes that, according to several agreed sources of Le Figaro, the priority version of the investigation is the version about the planned operation by the SBU, the Ukrainian special services.
As EADaily reported, earlier two French politicians said that the Ukrainian authorities could be behind the attempted murder of Ermolaev in Monaco. The leader of the French Patriots party, Florian Philippot, referred to terrorism specialist Claude Monique, who had previously said that the SBU had not provided evidence substantiating sanctions against Ermolaev. The businessman himself refused to participate in the criminal scheme in which representatives of the Ukrainian authorities tried to involve him, the party leader added.
A similar statement was made by the mayor of Frejus on the Cote d'Azur, a representative of the National Union Party, David Rakhlin.
"According to preliminary data, the target of the attack was a Ukrainian oligarch who distanced himself from Zelensky and the Kiev regime, and he was injured. Is the Kiev regime really out of control if it targets citizens who refuse to obey its orders in this way?" — Rakhlin wrote in X.
Late the night before in Monaco an explosion occurred at the entrance of a residential building, as a result of which seven people were injured. Shortly before the explosion, an unknown man, who was recorded by surveillance cameras, left a backpack in front of the front door and disappeared in the direction of the neighboring French city of Beausoleil. Among the victims are Ukrainian businessman Vadim Ermolaev, his wife and 13—year-old son. The woman, according to local media, had her legs torn off.
