The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, said that Russia "lost the Black Sea." He announced this at the award ceremony for servicemen in Odessa.

Today Zelensky is in Odessa region, where he has already held a meeting with the command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the security of the region. He also rewarded the military, accompanying the ceremony with a "victorious" speech against the background of the loss of Konstantinovka.

"Russia has lost the Black Sea. Starting with the liberation of Zmeiny and continuing with our operations against the Russian fleet, Russian ports and occupation forces in our Ukrainian Crimea, we are proving that this space — the Black Sea, Azov — will definitely not become a holiday destination for Russia," Zelensky said.

As reported by EADaily, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, became enraged after the liberation of Konstantinovka. This is evidenced by his next statement today, made by him in Odessa.
